BPM - Determine ROI of becoming Process oriented

Objective

The BPM Assessment seeks to identify the Return on Investment (ROI) as well as any challenges regarding your implementation of BPM.

Who is the target audience?

  • Executives
  • Senior managers

Why you need it?

Business Process Management (BPM) impacts every single department of the organization. Through experience we have come to realize that the path towards a process-oriented organization is not the same for all organizations. Through experience also, we have come to realize that there are 4 different access points towards becoming process-oriented. We specialized in all of them.

BPM Points of entry

How do we do it?

This assessment is conducted through a series of interviews with our Process-Experts. Our Process-Experts are multidisciplinary and will be able to assess your capabilities to evolve towards a BPM organization.

What will you get?

At the end of those interviews we will assign a score between 0-100 to your organization. This score is an indication of what would be your success implementing BPM in your current states. If you score over 50 you will be able to achieve most of your BPM return on the investment. Less than 50 usually means that your organization will evolve towards BPM through a secondary point of entry which can be SOA, BPMN, ITIL V3 or Lean Six Sigma.

Start the transformation towards BPM today!
