The last step is to allow the organization to adapt to the inputs that it receives from all sources of information.

Business Process Management (BPM)

The fist step will introduce your organization to Business Process Management, and associated core concepts. Once this is achieved it will be possible to:

  1. design, plan and deploy the holistic-information-platform™. Please be aware that a holistic-information-platform is evolutionary and not revolutionary. In other words this platform will be able to connect to your existing enterprise-service-bus (ESB).

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN)

Once the basic platform is functioning, the organization can enrich the universe of captured data by using the sensor/actuator network. This will make the organization not have to wait for data to be entered by humans, specially in mission critical operations.

Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS)

Once the sensor/actuator platform is working, it will be possible to add a new level of flexibility by allowing the organization to adjust its processes based on cognitive experience. This is the last stage of the path.
