 Sam Katz is an tech investor with a very successful career building vehicles to jump start new concepts.
Sam Katz started his career in the investment banking, asset based lending, and management consulting fields, where he was responsible for analyzing companies and real estate investment projects. After receiving his JD/MBA, he worked in the capacity as in-house counsel to many entrepreneurial firms and real estate development groups providing legal representation for commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Here, it became apparent that there were synergies between these different markets that were not addressed by traditional investment strategy. The gap in the market led Mr. Katz to create Katz Capital. More recently Mr.Katz has been focused in investment opportunities and creative and innovative solutions for entrepreneurs and companies alike. |
