He graduated as an electronics engineer with a master in computer systems from IST - Lisbon. After graduating, Filipe Pinto initiated his professional career as a consultant at American Systems working for Vodafone. He moved to the United States in 1997, where he continued to consult for the telecommunications industry.Since 2000, Mr. Pinto refocused his career around complex adaptive systems (CAS), biologic system, sensor networks (M2M) and business process management (BPM). The idea of M2MSys started to take shape in 2001 and In 2004 Mr. Pinto formally founded M2Msys. Mr. Pinto is also developing a balanced way to introduce cognitive processes into the organization of the 21st century.

Neal Walters is a system's architect with over 25 years experience in building enterprise level solutions. For the past 8 years, Neal has solely focused on the Microsoft platform developing B2B solutions. He is also an accomplished trainer for Visual Studio, VB6, XML, Java, SharePoint, and Biztalk 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006.
