Mike Darrish is a seasoned IT industry veteran with over 25 years experience. He has improved performance in very large systems and networks in a variety of environments including Fortune 100 enterprises, international financial institutions, and telecom service providers. Mike is also a passionate Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement expert. Mike is currently focused on increasing synergies among ITIL V3 Continual Service Improvement, Lean Thinking and Six Sigma methodologies.Mike graduated from the Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Computer Science and pursued graduate work at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Besides being a quality trend setter, During his 25 year career Mike has worked for GE, Verizon, GTE and he was also involved in very successful startup organizations including NetScout Systems, Trinagy and NetQoS. Besides being full spectrum IT expert, Mike is also an masterful mentor, consultant, trainer, manager, which he mixes uniquely to deliver stellar results for his customers.

Filipe Pinto is a systems architect that specializes in complex adaptive systems (CAS), biologic system, sensor networks (M2M) and Business Process Management (BPM). He graduated as an electronics engineer with a master in computer systems from IST - Lisbon. After graduating, Filipe Pinto initiated his professional career as a consultant at American Systems working for Vodafone. He moved to the United States in 1997, where he continued to consult for the telecommunications industry.Since 2000, Mr. Pinto refocused his career around complex adaptive systems (CAS), biologic system, sensor networks (M2M) and business process management (BPM). The idea of M2MSys started to take shape in 2001 and In 2004 Mr. Pinto formally founded M2Msys. Mr. Pinto is also developing a balanced way to introduce cognitive processes into the organization of the 21st century.

Microsoft Platform Lead Architect

Neal Walters is a system's architect with over 25 years experience in building enterprise level solutions. For the past 8 years, Neal has solely focused on the Microsoft platform developing B2B solutions. He is also an accomplished trainer for Visual Studio, VB6, XML, Java, SharePoint, and Biztalk 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006. One of his largest project included a state government E-Medicaid HUB and a luxury Amazon retailer. Neal brings to the table his MSBA and degrees in accounting and law. Neal holds the following certifications: SCJP, MSCE, MSCD, MSDBA, MCT.

Jorge Almirall is a Georgia Tech graduate with over 15 years of experience in sensor networks and 20 years developing electro-mechanical products.  Jorge has worked with startup companies and his own consulting firm for the past 14 years. Jorge has developed electro-mechanical product lines  and sensor networks for the following industries: Military, Telecommunications, Satellite, Commercial, Medical, Homeland Security, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage

Beck Kloss is as a Web Analytics Specialist focusing specifically in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing and Internet Marketing. More recently, he has developed a passion for analyzing trends within the virtual world (what he calls the connected nodes). Beck envisions a world where virtual physical sensors will cooperate within the strict rule of privacy and moral laws to increase the performance of the organizations.
